When will I know the brand has received my return?Updated a year ago

We ask our brand partners to notify us about your return as quickly as possible so we can issue your refund as soon as they have received it back. We ask that all returns are sent via a tracked service so please retain your proof of postage in order for you or us to track your return.

If you believe your order has been safely returned and you haven't received a refund, please email us on [email protected] with the tracking number for your return so we can follow up with the brand. If your order was returned from the US, please note there may be unforeseen customs delays which is delaying your refund.
