Delayed dispatch over the festive period

Many of our brand partners will be taking a much-deserved break over the holidays, so please expect a delay to dispatch between Christmas and New Year. Some brands are closed for a longer period or have lead times on their products, so it's best to check their product pages before purchasing or email us on [email protected] for more information. 



Most orders are dispatched directly from our brand partners within 72 working hours (or 3 working days), unless a lead time is noted on the product page. Please refer to the product information for more details on lead times and specific delivery information.

It is important to note our brand partners will occasionally close for business and pause fulfilment, particularly over holiday periods. This will be noted in a blue banner on their product pages, and your order will be dispatched as soon as they reopen.
