Delayed dispatch over the festive period

Many of our brand partners will be taking a much-deserved break over the holidays, so please expect a delay to dispatch between Christmas and New Year. Some brands are closed for a longer period or have lead times on their products, so it's best to check their product pages before purchasing or email us on [email protected] for more information. 

Most orders are dispatched directly from our brand partners within 72 working hours (or 3 working days), unless a lead time is noted on the product page. Please refer to the product information for more details on lead times and specific delivery information.

❗ It is important to note our brand partners will occasionally close for business and pause fulfilment, particularly over holiday periods. This will be noted in a blue banner on their product pages, and your order will be dispatched as soon as they reopen.
