If I paid for my order using a gift card, how will I receive my refund?Updated a year ago

If you paid for your order in full using a gift card, the same gift card will be reimbursed for the amount of the returned product(s). If your gift card has since expired, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the returned product(s) with a 1 month expiry date. 

If you paid for your order in part using a gift card and payment card, your payment card will be refunded the amount originally paid, and the remainder will be reimbursed on to a gift card.
