I would like to cancel or change an order. How can I do that?Updated a year ago

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email us on [email protected] with your order number and request as soon as possible. 

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel it or amend the shipping information. If you would like to change any of the items in your order, we will cancel your order and ask you to place a new one as we're not able to make product amends after an order has been placed. 

Very occasionally brands can accommodate a colour or style change if the product price is the same, but most of the time we will need to process a cancellation. 

❗ If you order is already on its way to you, we're not able to process a cancellation or make changes, and you will need to follow our usual returns process.
